Cook 1 cup rice + ½ cup toor dal with 4 cups water (pressure cook for 4 whistles).Build the Flavor:
In oil or ghee, sauté onions, tomatoes, and your favorite veggies (carrot, beans, capsicum, pumpkin).Spice It Up:
Add 3 tbsp KOKO Fresh Bisi Bele Bath Powder and 2½ tbsp tamarind pulp.Bring It Together:
Mix with the cooked rice-dal blend, adjust water for your preferred consistency, and let it simmer until everything merges beautifully.Finish with Tadka:
