Menthya Hittu
Fenugreek Multigrain Porridge (Serves 1)
Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp oil, splutter mustard seeds, a pinch of KOKO Fresh Hing, curry leaves, and 1 dried red chilli.
Step 2: Add 1½ tbsp KOKO Fresh Menthya Hittu, stir well.
Step 3: Add water gradually to adjust consistency and salt to taste.
Step 4: Boil for 5 minutes, serve hot with ghee on top.
