Curry Leaves Chutney Powder
Curry Leaves Chutney Powder Rice (Serves 1–2)
Step 1: Cook 1 cup of rice until soft and fluffy.
Step 2: Add 1 tbsp ghee and salt to taste.
Step 3: Mix in 2 spoons of KOKO Fresh Curry Leaves Chutney Powder and combine well.
Step 4: (Optional Tadka) – Heat 1 tsp oil, splutter mustard seeds, 1 tsp channa dal, ½ tbsp urad dal, 2 red chillies, and a few curry leaves.
Step 5: Pour the tadka over the rice, mix gently, and serve hot!
